Kayleen Blair, DVM
Dr. Blair is a 1997 graduate of Iowa State University College of Veterinary Medicine. She has been a part of the practice for over 18 years. In her spare time, Kayleen enjoys horseback riding, reading, and spending time with her family.
Megan Kennedy, DVM
Dr. Kennedy graduated from Virginia Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine in 2006. Her interests outside of general practice include ultrasound imaging and optimizing client access to clear communication so they can best understand their pets' health. Fear Free practice is also a passion that brings her joy, as the benefits for both pets and clients are so evident. Outside of work, she enjoys yoga, hiking, reading and horseback riding. She also enjoys spending time with her family, as well as dog, goats and chickens!
Becky Ventimiglia, Licensed Veterinary Technician
Becky joined our staff in October 2009. She is a Licensed Veterinary Technician who graduated from PIMA Medical Institute. Becky enjoys making jewelry and spending time with friends and family.
Sarah Pfarr, Veterinary Assistant
Sarah joined our team in October 2013. She is our certified dog trainer who offers basic obedience training for dogs of all ages. She also enjoys spending time with her Basset Hound Baeleigh, Lab Trigger and kitten Maebelle.
Olyvia, Veterinary Assistant
Olyvia joined our team in October of 2020. She spent 2 years in the Sno-Isle Veterinary Assistant Program and graduated in 2019. She has worked in the Veterinary field for 2 years and also has obtained a medical clerks license. During her free time, Olyvia enjoys painting, reading, and camping. She currently doesn't have any pets but she is on the lookout for a frenchie puppy! She is excited to be a part of the ACAC team because she enjoys providing the patient and client with the best care possible and wants all of our animals to be safe and healthy.

Oriana Seely, Customer Service Representative
Oriana joined our team in September 2020. Oriana has always loved animals and has wanted to be a Veterinarian since she was a little girl. She is very excited to be starting in this industry! In her free time, Oriana enjoys teaching gymnastics to her siblings, hanging out with friends, writing songs, and loving on her dog Koda!
Alexa Andrews. Receptionist
Alexa is the newest member of Advanced Care. She is an active 4-H volunteer and foster home for NOAH. She has a small hobby farm that includes 1 horse, 2 donkeys, 2 dogs, 2 cats, rabbits and poultry. Alexa has an Associates Degree of Art and Sciences. She is currently working towards becoming a Registered Nurse.
Bill'e, Kennel Assistant
Bill'e joined our team in September of 2020. She has two dogs (a black lab and mini aussie) and loves spending her free time fishing and painting. She is excited to be working in the veterinary field because she loves animals and wants to make a difference in their medical care.
Toots, Clinic Cat
Toots is our clinic cat. You can see him in the clinic on days he feels like blessing you with his presence. He has been in the practice for two years, and his interests include exploring, and getting into things he shouldn't.
Jan joined our team in October of 2019 and then again in May of 2020. She currently works at all three Northwest Vet Group clinics. Jan loves animals so she is happy to be working around them. Working with our company, she gets to join her love for animals with her love for administrative work! It's a win-win situation for her. On her off time, she enjoys reading, walking/hiking, playing piano, gardening, and crafts. She currently does not have any pets but she is hoping to enjoy that privilege again soon. She has always had a variety of pets. Jan finds the veterinary field interesting and she loves animals and enjoys that she gets to learn about this field every day.
